Ali & Sons opens largest after sales service centre for Audi and VW in the Middle East.

Ali & Sons has just opened the largest after sales service centre for Audi and VW in the Middle East in order to provide the latest high technology service for its clients.
The new after sales service centre has been built in the Mussafah Industrial Area and has the most technologically advanced workshop of its kind in the UAE. It includes all of the latest vehicle diagnostic equipment, including specialised programs developed by Audi and VW.
The 34,100 sqm centre was built by Ali & Sons Contracting, at a cost of about AED 100 million.
It was officially opened today in a manner befitting a high technology service with a spectacular laser light show and robotic performers.
Coupled with the recent opening of a dedicated joint parts centre by Audi and VW Middle East in Jebel Ali, the new after sales service centre in Abu Dhabi means owners of these popular marques will receive the absolute latest in world class vehicle servicing.
“We are delighted to be able to provide such a high level of service for our Audi and VW clients,” says Ali & Sons Director of Motors, Mr Hussein Fakih.
“Modern motor vehicles are highly complex machines and they need to be serviced accordingly. Having the latest equipment and diagnostic software means our Audi and VW clients can now expect a faster turnaround when their vehicles need servicing or repairs.”
His comments have been endorsed by the Managing Director of Audi Volkswagen Middle East FZE, Mr Ernst Hasbach who congratulated Ali & Sons on the opening of its new after sales service centre.
He said it is not only excellent new vehicles that are vital to Audi and Volkswagen: “Parts and service are the backbone for continued success in the Middle East and jointly we have now taken the next steps towards achieving this target by opening our respective new facilities,” he said.
